The Easy Menu
Is set up just like a web page. You just click the link and the program takes you step by step.
Select Your Source
If you don't know where your picture are look in My Documents or Documents depending on your computer. You may also find them in My Pictures found inside of My Documents or Documents.
Select Destination
Where do you want your digital pictures or files moved? If you're using a flash drive or memory card click My Computer to find it.
There's the flash drive (no affiliation with manufacturer)!
You have the option of making a new folder if you like or using a folder already created. All very easy menu driven one step at a time.
Select Your File Type
This is the only thing you must type. *.jpg will move all your pictures from one folder or source to another folder or destination. The * is a wild card which means all files.
You Only Have to Set It Up Once!
The program remembers your last settings. Now just click begin moving files and your done!
The program:
* Checks to see if the digital photo or file already exists in the destination folder.
* If the digital photograph or file exists the program checks the date the files were last edited or the creation date.
* If the digital photograph or file has the same name and the same date of last edit it will overwrite it since it's the same digital photograph or file!
* If the edit or creation date of the two files is different, the program renames the file by placing the last edit date in front of the digital photograph or file, then safely moves it to the destination folder WITHOUT overwriting the other digital photograph or file!
