How to Make a Yahoo Signature File to Appear in All Your Outgoing Emails by Rick Kirkham The question has now come up twice in two days which spurned me into action. Here are pictures and easy instructions on how to make a Yahoo signature file appear in all your outgoing emails.... What Is An Email Signature File An email signature file is text or graphics which appear automatically at the end of all your emails. They're an acceptable means of conveying all types of information from legal notices to service and product announcements. Why Do I Need an Email Signature If you're like me, you have announcements you wish to place into your emails on a regular basis regardless of the topic of the email. This will do it automatically and save you time from copying and pasting or even typing in your message at the bottom of your outgoing email. Okay, How Do I Proceed? Log into your Yahoo email. If you need a graphic for that you'd better see me about computer lessons which I can happily provide. In the upper right hand corner of your email you'll find Options. Left mouse click on Mail Options
Left mouse click on Signature
You'll now see a large text box in which you may write your signature file for your outgoing email messages. Be sure to left mouse click on the radio button to show a signature in all outgoing messages. In the upper left hand corner left mouse click on Save Changes.
THAT'S IT! You've made a Yahoo signature file. You'll never have to type the same thing over and over again! About The Author
